Vineyard: VINCENZO VINEYARD (dedicated to my grandfather). Vineyard with largely centenary bushvines
Altitude: 3,314 feet, 1010 meters, Contrada Tartaraci (Bronte)
Exposure : North-west
Vinification: the manually harvested grapes are placed in old open tonneaux. A carbonic semi-maceration is carried out for about 1 week. Subsequently the grapes are pressed and fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in steel continues for about 6 months.
We do not use biotechnology for the production of our wines.
In bottling we carry out a wide filtration.
Approximately 2,000 will be produced in the 2022 vintage.
